2.Eco-friendly Materials Launched into Mass Production
With the efforts of the engineering team, more and more eco-friendly materials has been launched into mass production, such as recycled HIPS material, PETG material, biodegradable PLA material and so on.
100% Biodegradable Material(Poly Lactic Acid(PLA))
Different from traditional plastics, bio-based material comes from renewable resources such as corn, cassava, sugarcane etc. It can replace most of the synthetic plastics and reduce people’s dependence on petroleum.
PETG Material(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate Glycol(PETG))
PETG is more eco-friendly than the common PVC, and our team has applied it to products like DBR39 data strip, hot bending dividers ect.
HIPS Recycled Material(High Impact Poly Styrene(HIPS))
We Hiplastics have been using huge volume of recycled material for mass production, like HIPS, ABS, etc., which will not require/occupy any more social resources.
Anti-UV Material(Ultraviolet(UV))
As we know the UV radiation accelerates the wear and tear time of plastics, so the material we used for the ESL rails are all treated with UV protection to prolong the life of the product.
Cold-resistant Material
Hiplastics has developed the material that is treated with cold-resistant auxiliaries, so the holders won’t be brittle but durable in refrigerator and frozen areas.
